listening in
A Sacred Valley Immersion:
The True Leader within

we come together to listen.
to withdraw from the noise.
and take a sacred pause.
to listen in to the truth that lives in the body.
to listen out to the wisdom that lives in the land.
both are our teachers.
and so,
we soften our edges.
reclaim our rhythm.
restore our energy.
(re)treat our soul.
the body speaks.
the land responds.
together they guide us home.

This journey is for those ready to live and lead from their most sovereign truth. It is for those ready to step fully into their power as leaders, partners, and human beings — in work, in relationship, and in life. Here you will deepen in self-leadership, cultivate relationships that truly nourish, and awaken the fullest expression of who you are.We will be held by sacred land, guided through embodied practices and sacred ceremonies, and supported by a visionary community that reflects and amplifies your growth.
THE SACRED SETTING
Urubamba, Peru
March 14 - 21, 2026

We come together in Peru’s Sacred Valley, where mountains hum with ancient wisdom and fertile valleys enliven your spirit. The ancient landscape itself is our teacher and a potent vessel for deep healing and evolutionary growth, for you and for the collective. As the land holds us during our days together, we enter into a living exchange with the Sacred Valley. Through our presence, gratitude, and reverence, we honor her and offer our love in return. This retreat is an arrival into what is fully alive within you and around you. It is a sacred homecoming to the leader you already are, the truth you've always carried, and the life that longs to be lived.Leadership here is not a role to play, but a way of being. A rooted presence that is courageous, authentic, and alive. For eight days we slow down, breathe with the land, and open ourselves to practices that awaken the body, soften the heart, and quiet the mind. There will be space to move and be still, to sit in ceremony and celebration, to laugh, to grieve, and to remember. Take rest in the gardens, explore ancient sites, release what has weighed you down, break through resistance, and feel the freedom of allowing your truest expression.Held by sacred land and the reflection of this special group, you will rediscover the embodied leader who has always lived within you.

You may be called to connect with the subtle intelligence of your body and environment, to tune in more deeply to the natural and the unseen world, or to explore a new paradigm of leadership founded in awareness, authenticity, and energetic intelligence. This retreat is also for those ready to cultivate deeper relationships — with self, with others, and with the world — and to show up in connection without losing themselves, even in moments of challenge. You may be called to pilgrimage in Peru, to receive the medicine of the land, culture, ceremony, and sacred sites, or to deepen intimacy with yourself through meditation and embodied practice.Above all, this journey is for those who want to expand what’s possible while being held and seen by a community of supportive peers who inspire clarity, creativity, and bold, authentic living.

THE COLLECTIVE
THE EARTH WE ARE

Their shared vision gave birth to The Earth We Are (TEWA), a heart-led collective devoted to creating transformational experiences that bring people together — rooted in connection, embodiment, and reverence for the Earth. In a time when so many feel disconnected from the natural world, TEWA offers spaces of remembrance — places where our inherent belonging is restored and the wisdom of the Earth is embraced as teacher and healer.First envisioned as a gathering series in New York City, TEWA has since grown into a living, evolving community for practices that nourish both the individual and the collective. Through intentional circles, somatic journeys, creative expression, and sacred ritual, TEWA invites you to reconnect with yourself, with each other, and with the living world — remembering that we are not separate from nature, but an expression of it.
